LG Groups rebrand reflects growth, evolution, and vision for the future in construction, development, and interior design. The project included a new logo that captures the company’s core values of strength, precision, and creativity. Alongside the logo, a refreshed color palette and modern typography have been carefully selected to better represent the balance between structure and aesthetics that defines the firm’s multidisciplinary work. A newly designed website now offers an improved user experience, highlighting the company’s diverse portfolio and integrated service offerings. The site has been built to reflect the seamless collaboration between construction, development, and interior design teams, an approach that sets LG Group apart in the industry.

The rebrand also extends to updated branded materials and swag, from job site gear to business essentials, creating a consistent and elevated visual identity across all touchpoints. With this rebrand, LG Group enters a new chapter, one that honors its legacy while embracing a dynamic future in building and design.

Our goal was to establish a compelling and cohesive brand identity for Arthur on Aberdeen that reflects the character of the building, the neighborhood, and the target resident demographic. Key deliverable for branding included name and identity, color palette and typography, messaging and brand guidelines we could pass along to the new building management team.

This process included creating a timeline, budget, and overall project management for creative services, website design and development, signage (temporary and permanent), paid media campaigns, collateral (brochures, floorplan flyers, branded swag), marketing tech (CRM, virtual tours, chatbots, etc.), and a digital marketing plan.
